Worth writing about:

• A message that reads badly. Tone is subjective and some of these will land wrong for some people. If one is clumsy, or accidentally unkind, it should be changed.
• A message worth adding. Especially for an occasion or a relationship that is thin right now. The bar is that it is specific — something you would actually put on a balloon, not a rearrangement of "Happy Birthday".
• A character count that turned out wrong. If a shop told you something did not fit that this site said would, that is useful. The limits here are deliberately conservative, but vendors vary and the numbers can be tightened.
• Anything about the site itself. Broken pages, wrong links, something unreadable on your phone.
