Privacy

Short version: this site has no accounts, no logins, and nothing to sign up for. It does not ask you for your name, your email address, or anything else about you, and there is no database of visitors.

What is stored on your device

One thing: your light or dark theme choice, kept in your browser's local storage so the page does not flash the wrong colours on your next visit. It never leaves your browser and it is not sent anywhere. Clearing your site data removes it.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to count page views and see which pages people actually use, with IP anonymisation switched on. It tells the site that a page was visited, not who visited it — there are no accounts here to tie a visit to.

Advertising

This site is intended to be supported by advertising, served by Google AdSense. Advertising is not running yet; this section describes what happens when it is.

Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalised advertising at Google's Ads Settings. Third-party vendors and ad networks may also serve ads here and use their own cookies; you can opt out of many of those at aboutads.info.

If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland

Google's tags on this site run under Consent Mode. In those regions the default is denied — for analytics storage, advertising storage, advertising personalisation and ad user data alike — and that default is set before any Google tag runs, so nothing non-essential is stored unless and until the default is changed.

Changing it takes a consent message, and that message is delivered by Google's own certified consent platform along with the advertising tag. Until advertising is enabled here, nothing asks you, and nothing needs to: the defaults stay denied, and Google Analytics runs without cookies, sending only aggregate signals that are not tied to a device. Once advertising is enabled you will be asked before anything is stored, and you can change or withdraw that choice at any time from the same message.

Outside those regions the default is granted and analytics cookies are set. You can clear them, or block them, from your browser at any time.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect anything from them.
