Use the messages
The messages on this site are here to be used. Write them on a balloon, a card, a cake, a banner — no attribution needed, no permission to ask, including if you are a shop taking the order. That is what they are for.
What you may not do is take the collection wholesale — scraping the site to republish the messages as your own list, or to train on. The individual messages are yours to use; the compiled set, the tagging and the character-count work are not.
No guarantees about fit
The character limits here are estimates based on what personalisation vendors typically quote, and print areas genuinely vary between shops and between production runs. A message listed as fitting your balloon may still come back too small to read, or be rejected by the shop.
The previews, and the inch measurements on them, are drawn from those same estimates. The only figure here that is not an estimate is the balloon's own size, because that is what the product is sold as. Print areas are worked back from the character limits, so treat them as a guide to proportion rather than a specification — the typeface, the line breaks and the real size of the print area are all your shop's to decide.
Check with whoever is printing it before you order something that matters. This site cannot refund a balloon.
